You are enough

Curled up in a fetal position, the figure is stuck between a desire for transformation and a need for self-protection. This figure represents the rawness of human emotions; the need for emotional safety and love. Prickly cacti are sprouting on the cracked, peeling skin of the person, symbolic of the layers of emotions - some dried up and others still too raw to the touch. Hope is still alive in the core, as represented by the color blue. The floating figurines surround the person—some trying to help, and some trying to hurt. In the top left corner is a figurine holding the key to end all the suffering —while brief Sanskrit notes convey love, trust, freedom and strength. 

Acurrucada en posición fetal, la figura se encuentra atrapada entre el deseo de transformación y la necesidad de protegerse. Representa las emociones humanas en su estado más crudo y la necesidad de seguridad emocional y amor. De su piel agrietada y descamada brotan cactus espinosos, que simbolizan las capas de emociones: algunas ya secas y otras todavía demasiado sensibles al tacto. La esperanza sigue viva en su interior, representada por el color azul. Pequeñas figuras flotantes rodean a la persona: algunas intentan ayudarla y otras, hacerle daño. En la esquina superior izquierda, una figura sostiene la llave para poner fin a todo el sufrimiento, mientras breves anotaciones en sánscrito transmiten amor, confianza, libertad y fortaleza.
