You are enough

Curled up in a fetal position, the figure is stuck between a desire for transformation and a need for self-protection. This figure represents the rawness of human emotions; the need for emotional safety and love. Prickly cacti are sprouting on the cracked, peeling skin, symbolic of the layers of emotions - some dried up and others still too raw to the touch. Hope is still alive in the core as represented by the color blue. The floating figurines surround—some to help, some to test—while brief Sanskrit notes convey love, trust, freedom and strength.

Acurrucada en posición fetal, la figura está atrapada entre el deseo de transformarse y la necesidad de protegerse a sí misma. Esta figura representa la crudeza de las emociones humanas: la necesidad de seguridad emocional y de amor. Cactus espinosos brotan de la piel agrietada y descascarada, símbolo de las capas de emociones —algunas ya secas, otras aún demasiado sensibles al tacto—. La esperanza sigue viva en su centro, representada por el color azul. Las figurillas flotantes la rodean —algunas para ayudar, otras para poner a prueba—, mientras breves notas en sánscrito transmiten amor, confianza, libertad y fortaleza.
